Information for Wally.
But in a 2006 case, a U.S. district court in Nevada decided Google’s caching (which follows from Google’s indexing process) of web pages does not violate copyright law. The plaintiff in the lawsuit, Blake Field, had filed a complaint that when Google cached one of his works published on his personal page, it violated intellectual property rights.
Google maintained that users could stop their pages from being indexed by creating file that blocks the search engine’s automated crawlers. They can also opt out of having their content cached. By not opting out, a site owner gives Google implied license to copy the pages.
The court agreed, ruling also that Google was protected under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, which removes liability for search engines and other online service providers under certain conditions.

Must be one of your "false news" sites, again Wally because two Supreme Court decisions had not even happen by 1950!
1950 was the year I graduated from high school. I went into nurses training that year and they did not allow black women into our Blessing Hospital Nurses Training School!
That kind of college attendance for blacks simply did NOT happen in white colleges!
Brown v. Board of Education decision by the Supreme Court 1954 It wasn't even until 1954 that the Brown v. Board of Education decision by the Supreme Court rejected the "separate but equal" doctrine and held that racially segregated public schools deprive black children of equal protection guaranteed by the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution.
In 1954, the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Brown v. Board of Education rejected the "separate but equal" doctrine and held that racially segregated public schools deprive black children of equal protection guaranteed by the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution.
The Plessy decision, which had governed public education policy for more than a half-century, was overturned. Despite the landmark Supreme Court decision in Brown, most HBCUs remained segregated with poorer facilities and budgets compared with traditionally white institutions.
Lack of adequate libraries and scientific and research equipment and capabilities placed a serious handicap on many. Many of the public HBCUs closed or merged with traditionally white institutions.
However, most black college students continued to attend HBCUs years after the decision was rendered.
CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964
Soon after the Brown decision, Congress passed Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to provide a mechanism for ensuring equal opportunity in federally assisted programs and activities.
In enacting Title VI, Congress also reflected its concern with the slow progress in desegregating educational institutions following the Supreme Court's Brown decision.
Title VI protects individuals from discrimination based on race, color, or national origin in programs or activities receiving federal financial assistance. Passage of the law led to the establishment of the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) in the former Department of Health, Education, and Welfare (HEW). OCR placed its primary compliance emphasis in the 1960s and early 1970s on eliminating unconstitutional elementary and secondary school segregation in the southern and border states. sorry to burst your bubble but blacks were attending a few(HBCU's) colleges before the SCOTUS made any decision.... Wally, Do you understand what the term HBCUs colleges means?
HBCUs means Historically Black Colleges! -that was the only colleges blacks were able to attend.
The University of Chicago was unique among the nation’s top universities in its willingness to allow students of color and women to pursue advanced studies.
Only a very few blacks were allowed into the Ivy League type colleges, -like Princeton University, Harvard, Columbia, Yale University.
So, -quit or print your source!

Did you know that the practice of forcefully sterilizing unwanted types of women lasted decades longer in the US than it did in Germany? Thank plan parenthood for some of that.... Actually no -- that wasn't planned parenthood. That was the American justice system's punishment for certain crimes committed by women.

Of course not. But it isn't a "game." -
It has happened to your OWN brothers and sisters in Christ, -yes, even the 2x2's' -in the past and no doubt still does and has affected their lives for the worse.
But of course that just doesn't bother you does it, because they are black!! Despite your narrative i am not a racist. You however hate white folks with a passion. You might look in a mirror every once in awhile when you say or imply racism on another....good try though Poor wally, -you don't seem to be able to understand that just because I am able understand and empathize with people of a different color or race that at the same time I also must "hate white folks," -my own people!
Of course, -wally, you do realize, don't you, -that that argument you are trying to use is a "logical fallacy?"

I don't expect you to ever understand. Humility about race and racism is anathema to the white supremacist.

Some points of observation from recent posts:
1) Systemic racism - true, there may not be systemic racism enshrined in law. However it takes generations for it disappear, as it becomes embedded in the culture, and making systemic racism illegal, does not turn racists into non-racists (usually). I witnessed this in my own family of past generations.
2) It is obvious to those of us looking into the fishbowl from the outside, that there is still racism embedded in individuals within various institutions. For example, Tim Scott, the Black Conservative and Republican Senator can attest to the number of times he has been pulled over while driving compared to his friend Trey Gowdy.
3) It is taught in schools here, in History, that Margaret Sanger was a Racist Eugenics advocate. My daughter came home from school with all of the material some years ago now, and I admit to being quite surprised.
