Be careful if you ever come to Australia Wally, very much down on calling people derogatory names, especially Woman. Find yourself in big strife. Big stir in our Federal Parliament at the moment and rightfully so. Australia's Defence Minister Linda Reynolds has paid compensation to a former aide who she called a "lying cow" after she alleged she had been raped by a former colleague. She also had to make an apology to stop legal action. We all have to lift our game in this regard, change is well overdue. Set him up with a big Maori girl sorry my tastes are for filipino gals ...i thought maori were NZ'rs not Australians?

Many good ones in Australia. Australia and New Zealand are good mates, we share. Forged at Gallipoli, will celebrate it again on the 25th April, Covid willing.

in my personal opinion it depends on how big a d!ick or b!tch(don't want anyone to feel left out)each governor is...its different for each state...its to my understanding florida had the shortest lockdown to phase 1 opening. like 1.5 months...i believe they were totally out of lockdown by sept. 2020. How's the virus progressing. I have lost touch with how many hundreds of thousands are dead from it in the USA. The number of dead from Covid now exceeds half a million in the US.

Those words are in your good reference book, so that is OK. Don't remember ever seeing dick or bit*h. Somebody won't let us use that derogatory Woman word now, changes it to doll. Must think it is not OK. I always wished someone would speak on the KJV 2Peter 2:16 "But was rebuked for his iniquity: the dumbass speaking with man's voice forbad the madness of the prophet." It must have been SO tempting, because the previous verse talks about those who "...have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray,..." That's 2x2 bread and butter! Bummer the next verse has that dumb ass in it!

My sister drove over from Indianapolis to stay a day, Jeff Thayer freed up a car so she could get a quick visit since she was this close to IL. She stopped and visited an ex-Worker on the way in Geneseo IL. She said they had over 80 people at her last special mtg, all sat side by side like normal, except with mask. She leaves tomorrow afternoon for the 4-5 hour drive back to Indiana, she's a scheduled out-of-state speaker at the next spec mtg on Sunday.
So they must have more strict state regulations out west, a phone-in convention doesn't sound very appealing. It was always hard for me to stay awake at a normal convention . I waited for my sister to go to bed before posting, wasn't sure if my being on TMB would tick her off or not . I asked her if she had heard of it, she said. "Yes, I've looked at it once or twice, there seems to be a lot of disgruntled and confused people on there." In the interest of family unity, I agreed and said, "Lots of odd balls and even atheist." Didn't include myself of course!

We are so fortunate in Australia, Covid pretty much under control. Admittedly we are not densly populated, and the Governments have been quick to implement shutdowns to stop an outbreak. Also we respect our Governments and are happy to follow their instructions.
The Churches returned to normal worship on Good Friday which was great, restrictions were lifted. Have not heard if 2x2's have re-started, Jimmy or Ross would know. We have our Winter coming up, keeping fingers crossed that we remain almost Covid free. I had my first jab last Sunday, no problems, second in June. Our neighbour had it the same day, developed a fever 12 hours later, spent two days in bed, still not well. His Doctor told him a few have have had a reaction.

as of today, sunday morning meetings have restarted. they are smaller than normal though and we had to create 2-3 new meetings to spread everyone out. so we have about 7 meetings in our area now. gospel meetings are still by phone though. Are masks being required in your meeting restarts?. Sun meeting has restarted here but I am not going until we can eliminate the masks. It's a breathing problem. Can't keep int on that long. I have let my meeting pass to someone else for now.

I have found that some of the covid-19 deaths were not covid at all but other causes. Don't know if we really have an accurate count.

Yes, I understand that as well.
I had my first dose and had no side affects unless it was a rather severe increased in fatigue for a couple of days which I find happening at my age anyway.
I first I thought it was due to aging and was a bit depressed because it was so severe.
Then I realized it might be the vaccine so I felt relieved that it WASN'T my age!

Dmg you are travelling well, not much that would get you down. The jab made no difference to me, because I have always blamed fatigue but my Wife claims I have always been comatose.

I am "gruntled," contented as well.
I can see why a worker would almost need to believe that we were a lot of "disgruntled and confused people on there" since many of us are not professing anymore.
She would not be able to understand that it could be just the opposite, -at least for me.

This is accurate - the inflammatory response these mRNA vaccines can mimic the symptoms, without the multiplicity of infection that would characterize a "bad to worse" scenario of an actual infection. I get mine this Thursday - J&J, which is the "old fashion" type. Less effective, but that's what the pharmacy has. I may "double dip" and get the mRNA vaccine when the goal %s are reached and I can be sure I'm not taking someone else's place.

Half-hearted lockdowns require most of the sacrifice of a proper lockdown, but only a fraction of the benefit.

I think I'm just the opposite of disgruntled which I guess means I am gruntled.Of course disgruntled is just another word for bitter which is one of the 2 official reasons for leaving which the 2x2s usually give for those who have left. Bitter is for those who leave and are never coming back while unwilling is for those who they havenât quite given up on yet. If youâre young or gay or display any inkling of worldliness youâre likely to be labelled unwilling and attract a sort of pity; however if youâre on TMB and publicly exposing the folly/absurdity/history/truth of the 2x2 church then youâre going to be labelled bitter. Bitter basically means being in league with Satan. Bitter and unwilling are terms designed to protect the reputation of the 2x2 church and help maintain the myth. They enable blame to be placed solely on the member leaving rather than on the church itself thereby allowing the church to escape having to engage in honest self reflection. One never asks a worker why did Johnnie leave and get the answer âbecause he thinks the whole thing is bullsh*tâ; one never asks a worker why did Jimmy leave and receive the answer âbecause he was molested by a workerâ. Such departures are inevitably dressed up as something else. This phoney categorisation is all part of a wider agenda of denial in an attempt to cover up uncomfortable truths. Being offended is a third much less common reason for leaving which is usually reserved for the mysterious leaver whose sincerity in unquestioned. The upstanding member who leaves quietly and somewhat inexplicably. Unlikely to be embracing a new hedonistic lifestyle on the outside and continuing to maintain a dignified silence, such leavers leave the church scratching its head and wondering what it might have done to offend them. Being branded one of the offended carries a lot less stigma than bitter or unwilling and leaves the door open to a potential swift return and then pretending that it never happened. Of course there is a fourth reason which is reserved solely for workers leaving the work. And that reason is nerves. Nerves is vague and mysterious and is likely to elicit sympathy. Nerves covers a multitude of reasons and is a clever way of avoiding further questions. Nerves is also something that can be cured and therefore leaves open the possibility of a dignified return at some stage. Nerves can be a short term or long term condition and can strike suddenly and unexpectedly or it can be the cumulation of an ongoing problem. And the fact that it isnât a recognised medical condition means that there is no expectation of treatment and a swift recovery but yet neither is it terminal. Nerves is not unlike the âjust short of being jaundiceâ condition which hospitalised Yossarian in Catch-22 for such a long period. â The doctors were puzzled by the fact that it wasn't quite jaundice. If it became jaundice they could treat it. If it didn't become jaundice and went away they could discharge him. But this just being short of jaundice all the time confused them.â Matt10 The other reason why workers leave is because of heart problems. Such as Nathan had.

If we had done now what we had done then and had the same level of medical knowledge, scientific knowledge and equiment we would have possibly had 45000 deaths. Instead we had 25. The results speak for themselves.

Such as Nathan had. curlywurlysammagee, my friend, don't you think maybe some leave because they finally got some education on the history of how the Old Testament and the New Testament became and how the various religions became? Or maybe they learned Hebrew and read the Talmud for themselves and seen how the KJV twisted the actual words to fit a Christian narrative? Or maybe I have no idea what I'm talking about. I depend on you to treat me fair.
