In many languages inanimate subjects are not gender neutral and are referred to as 'he' or 'she.' English speaking people are less used to this than most of the world and when reading the Bible are often misled due to this 'ignorance.' In Poland a newspaper may have the gender of male (he rather than it) and a Pole might say "I am going out to buy a newspaper and I will bring 'him' home.' On return, the person to whom the original statement was addressed might remark to the person on his/her return...'Did you get him?' (rather than it). A further reply might be 'Here he is. I will put him down on the table.' This does not make a newspaper an actual person. This is not to say that the Holy Spirit is an inanimate subject. Rather the opposite. It is a 'living' spirit and proceeds from the Father. It is the Father's spirit and the Father's spirit only. There should be no doubt about this at all, especially from a true believer as Jesus himself tells us this. Today Jesus has control of the Holy Spirit. It has replaced him on the Earth. It occupies every true believer. Many, like yourself have been confused by the gender status of the Holy Spirit. It/he is variously referred to in the English language by the gender neutral term 'it' or the gender specific term of 'he.' Standard Christadelphian and Jehovah Witness theology - but not Biblical. In the Bible, the Holy Spirit speaks, teaches, rebukes, provides comfort, makes decisions, grieves sin, changes and overrules human actions to name a few. In the Bible, the Holy Spirit has a separate name but is also called the Spirit of God, Spirit of Christ, Spirit of Jesus, and even Lord etc. - just a tad different to being assigned a gender in a non gender neutral language). It's impossible to read Scripture and not immediately conclude that the Holy Spirit is a personal being and the giver of life. Again, not a great issue for the 2x2's. While their teaching can be a bit muddled, I was in a meeting not too long ago where they sang to the Holy Spirit and asked Him to "breathe upon us, teach us, guide us, make Thy presence known, to speak to us in His gentle voice, dwell in our hearts, whisper to us, guide our hearts to Jesus, prompt us to pray etc." God is a spirit. Of course the holy spirit is God. Just not a separate person in a pagan-inspired trinity.

The only muddle most current 2x2 today's Jesus is NOT God; anti-Trinity; Jesus is NOT part of the Godhead. They believe in God the Father; Jesus Christ the Son of God and the Holy Spirit is Divine.

I’ve always found it fascinating that Nate would be attacked for not being a 2x2 (and recommended that he seek mental health treatment - pretty awful personal stuff), when his beliefs on who God is line up more closely with the HOAN than those who follow Christadelphian or JW theology.

Just for clarification. Ross those comments posters made to Nathan, I understand are not for having a belief in the Trinity. They are made due to 20 years of crazy posts re commander Thor/Strange. Jesus lives in hollow Venus etc etc . Interweaving all this into Christianity. Yes, the ‘unhealthy obsession’ with Trinity to a degree & fire and brimstone. Conspiracy theories. You know the stuff.
Regarding personal stuff.....I find it personal/ offensive to be continually told that fire and brimstone awaits you. To be told Satan caused my mothers cancer.
sorry today you strike the wrong chord with me.

Understand, but they often end up being attacks on him and I’m not a fan of people telling others that they’re delusional, are mentally unwell or should seek mental health treatment, particularly when in the next breath a few of those people (definitely not all) quote the Good Samaritan passage or other similar passages to demonstrate how we should treat others. All generally done under pseudonyms when Nate at least writes under his own name. There is a 2x2 elder in this state who has been quite vocal about the virus being a hoax. In the same vein one of the local workers at the height of the pandemic declared the virus was not in these parts and made a point of continuing to shake hands and greet women with a kiss etc. Unusual behaviour and conspiracy theory based but I don’t think anyone has yelled at them and told them they need to be in a mental health facility and under psychiatric care. I hold the view that Nate (like many others) enjoys the TMB platform and while he might hold some different views to me and ones that are pretty out there in terms of Venus, he enjoys stirring the pot and gets a lot of people responding! It is of zero consequence to me whether Nate thinks I’m saved or destined to hell because Nate is not the judge. But I think we all know by now that he enjoys getting a reaction to his views and is not shy of giving a response so I suspect that isn’t going to change anytime soon. As politicians know, if you want to get an issue off the front pages or out of the news cycle, you just starve the issue of oxygen. Some have sensibly recommended this. But Nate gets plenty of oxygen on all the issues he writes about because I think many people generally enjoy the sport. 😊 Thanks, Ross... I KNOW what I am TALKING about and these things are TRUE so, I am STICKING to my Gun! Like WALLY! does with his gun. You are a good man, Ross... We might not agree on this and that, but one thing we agree 100% is the Godhead and Jesus is the LORD God and Savior. The rest this and that, heaven or hell we leave that to God to decide. Keep on loving the Lord God and Savior Jesus, Ross.
Olea, about the Commander Valiant Thor, Jesus lives in Venus, the Hollow earth and Venus ONLY about 10 years NOT 20 years. By the way, they are NOT conspiracy theories!

It's God who gives them revelation, the knowledge and understanding on the Godhead, the Trinity, Jesus is God the Son/Christ. STR, is one of the good examples on TMB. People, the friends and workers are begin to WAKE UP! and they are studying these subject for themselves. God is a spirit. Of course the holy spirit is God. Just not a separate person in a pagan-inspired trinity. Yes, I understand those who follow Christadelphian and Jehovah Witnesses, backed by their own Bible (in the case of JW’s) and many YouTube clips conclude that God being Father, Son and Holy Spirit is pagan inspired. Some non-believers and those who reject the Bible generally also hold this view. If the Holy Spirit is not a separate eternal being to the Father, why would you speak to Him and ask Him to speak to you? Perhaps you don’t sing those hymns or the many hymns that worship Jesus. What about when Nathan says people should be put to death and hung for not believing the trinity? Isn't that pretty awful stuff? I haven't heard you say anything about that! And I think that people are refering to his obsession with valiant Thor and Jesus living in Venus etc. And his constant condemnation of those who don't believe in the trinity, rather than his belief in the trinity. If Nathan wants to believe in the trinity that's up to him, but he's got no right to condemn others to hell who don't believe in the trinity as he does. By the way, I read the KJV Bible. And I can clearly see that the father is the only true God.

The Bible does show us that Jesus had faith, it says so in a few passages here's one Revelation 14 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus. And here's the faith of Jesus v42 Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done. This shows Jesus had faith, because if I go through something in my life, I have faith and pray to God. If it was my will, I wouldn't go through it, but I do it because it's the will of God and I have faith in him. And if I do this, I have the same faith that Jesus did, I have the faith of Christ. And here's what the father did to help Jesus. v43 And there appeared an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening him. And God will strengthen those who have faith in him. Jesus said that the father never leaves him, because he always pleases him. John 8:29 And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him. This is faith.

It's disgusting how confused you made STR - she completely changed for the worse under your bad influence. and i can only imagine how confused your little meeting is with you at the helm...elder Does the person at the helm of your meeting preach the trinity in the meeting Wally?. Do your workers preach the trinity?

Yes, I understand those who follow Christadelphian and Jehovah Witnesses, backed by their own Bible (in the case of JW’s) and many YouTube clips conclude that God being Father, Son and Holy Spirit is pagan inspired. Some non-believers and those who reject the Bible generally also hold this view. If the Holy Spirit is not a separate eternal being to the Father, why would you speak to Him and ask Him to speak to you? Perhaps you don’t sing those hymns or the many hymns that worship Jesus. I’ve always found it fascinating that Nate would be attacked for not being a 2x2 (and recommended that he seek mental health treatment - pretty awful personal stuff), when his beliefs on who God is line up more closely with the HOAN than those who follow Christadelphian or JW theology. What about when Nathan says people should be put to death and hung for not believing the trinity? Isn't that pretty awful stuff? I haven't heard you say anything about that! And I think that people are refering to his obsession with valiant Thor and Jesus living in Venus etc. rather than the trinity. By the way, I read the KJV Bible. And I can clearly see that the father is the only true God. Yes, and what gets me is the lies about Jimmy Carter, who is still alive. He was asked directly about some of these conspiracy theories, and he had no idea what the interviewer was on about. A friend of our business who was high up in Habitat for Humanity, also asked him if he’d heard such stuff, and he could not believe the nonsense that some people made up to sell their books. Jimmy is a good Christian man even though he might not have been a great President. I don’t like to see his name dragged through the mud with false accusations of coverups.

and he could not believe the nonsense that some people made up to sell their books. That's the problem right there. This stuff was dreamed up to sell books. It's science fiction. Entertainment, not religion.

While their teaching can be a bit muddled, I was in a meeting not too long ago where they sang to the Holy Spirit and asked Him to "breathe upon us, teach us, guide us, make Thy presence known, to speak to us in His gentle voice, dwell in our hearts, whisper to us, guide our hearts to Jesus, prompt us to pray etc." Ross, as with other aspects of scripture pertaining to the identity of God and Jesus Christ, you simply read into things that you want to in order to support your views. We are told that the spirit of God is a living spirit. It has life in it. It is the active force of the one from whom it proceeds. If you are a true believer in Christ then you will have the living spirit of God, Christ etc. living in you. Is this an actual person living in you? God is spirit. In him is life. The Holy Ghost proceeds from God the Father, just as Jesus tells us. The Father by his spirit lives in us just as it does in Christ. This is part of God's plan that his spirit will live in us so that eventually God will be all in all. There is NOTHING, absolutely nothing of your human nature which will inherit the kingdom of God. You must be born again from above, just like Jesus, with the Spirit of God. It is this spirit which controls your life and character which will inherit the kingdom of God. The spirit of Ross Bowden will be equal to the Spirit of Christ or the Spirit of God because it is the spirit of God. It is that which makes us one with God, with Jesus and with each other, Jesus as Jesus prayed for to happen. This is the oneness that Jesus wants. Some day if you are true, the spirit of God, the Spirit of Jesus and the Spirit of Ross Bowden, et al, will all be the one and same thing. This does not make Ross Bowden the Almighty God, but can make Ross Bowden a mighty god as he sits besides Jesus as joint heir of all that the Father has promised to his faithful. The 2x2s certainly have a few things wrong in their beliefs but from what I see of your presentations they are much, much closer to worshipping the one and only true God than what you are. You have bought into a false God, which satan has pulled like a giant veil over Christianity and the sad thing is you are likely to continue under this spell because you wish to be as far as possible in your beliefs from 2x2ism as possible. What else can explain your dogmatic stance on trying to enforce ambiguous references, etc., as absolute proofs for your beliefs?
