Trump is salivating. There will be no need for 'tougher libel laws' if he can silence his critics with bullets.

This is what we need as a country, a leader who can walk up to protesters and communicate with them, not scuttle into a bunker, and threaten to open fire.

Sure, Biden also has a history of talking to lots of different people so it's not out of character. Meanwhile Bonespurs had peaceful protesters teargassed and shot at with rubber bullets to clear the way for him to grab a photo-op at a church.

Under the 1987 Constitution, the president can declare martial law "in case of invasion or rebellion, when the public safety requires it.". The president must also submit a report to Congress, whether in person or in writing, within 48 hours of the declaration.

In the last 100 years there have been numerous incidents of states calling in the military -- but never without the invitation of the state. He's only posturing anyway -- who takes him that seriously any more. The most idiotic thing he did today was pepper spray peaceful demonstrators so he could go and stand in front of a church and wave a Bible. Prayed for no one. Contradicted his support for peaceful protest. And he said it was because they made him hide in the underground bunker for an hour one night.

You know that. If he had prayed would you have praised him for that. You need a President that will do his job. Like a Kennedy. One who will stand up and aline themself with your constitution. When your constitution was written and made a covenant with God was made. The only country in the world that did that. America has been a great nation in the past. Other countries looked up to America. Americans were loved by the British during the WW11. America used to be blessed. What happened? Corruption. The corruption needs to be addressed. America has broken covenant. Very scary. God doesnt break covenant. Whether you believe it or not.

He has filed bankruptcy 7 times in the past 45 years, and cannot get a single bank in the US to back him in any of his ventures. His business methods are of the Mafia variety.

Did anyone see Trump and his photo op holding a bible?
President Trump walked to St. John's Episcopal Church following his address to the nation which was delivered in front of a massive crowd of protesters.
President Donald Trump holds a Bible as he stands in front of St. John's Episcopal Church across from the White House after walking there for a photo opportunity during ongoing protests over racial inequality in the wake of the death of George Floyd while in Minneapolis police custody,
Just before his speech, a large crowd of protesters was cleared by authorities using several canisters of pepper-spray. Law enforcement forced everyone out of the area near the White House to allow the president a path to walk to the church.
When he arrived, Trump held up a Bible and said, "We have a great country." He was joined by members of his cabinet, including Attorney General Bill Barr.
Now, here is what Presiding Bishop Michael Curry, head of the Episcopal denomination thought about Trump holding up a bible in front of the church & making a speech.
In a written statement, Presiding Bishop Michael Curry, head of the Episcopal denomination, accused Trump of using “a church building and the Holy Bible for partisan political purposes.”
“This was done in a time of deep hurt and pain in our country, and his action did nothing to help us or to heal us,” Curry wrote.
“The prophet Micah taught that the Lord requires us to ‘do justice, love mercy and walk humbly with our God,’” he continued, calling on Trump and others in power to be moral.
“For the sake of George Floyd, for all who have wrongly suffered, and for the sake of us all, we need leaders to help us to be ‘one nation, under God, with liberty and justice for all.’ ”

And while you are learning about my country, -realize that the United States is just that - a part of America & not all of America and were ever you think you have learned that the US "made a covenant with God," you had better check out the fine print!

By law, "the Government of the United States of America is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion." They do have another god, however.

That has to have been the most bizarre display of who-knows-what that I've seen in a long time. All that for a picture of him standing in front of a church holding a Bible. NOTHING MORE. And at the very point that the shooting of rubber bullets at the protesters, his tweet appeared on Twitter saying that he was an "ally of the protesters".
