Do people who "profess" need to follow the laws of their state? USA "friends"?
I ask this because yesterday 2 couples made a very unnecessary trip to do a very unnecessary job traveling from one state to another state. One couple owns a convention grounds and the other couple works for the owner of the grounds.
The type of job they did is still allowed to be done under certain circumstances just not this circumstances. So if they were stopped they would be LYING about the reason for their trip.
The people they did the job for also have meeting in their home.
I have a major problem with this because I find it disrespectful to those who are obeying these orders and just it is just plain WRONG!

Workers lie all the time. How do you think they get into forbidden countries? So if the workers can lie, why can't the friends?

Friends I know are social distancing and I don’t think it’s about friends it’s about people in general. Anyone can lie whether we’re a friend or not. Sounds like they were being careful. No group thing going on. We’re not allowed here to gather in groups of more than 10. And the 2 meter distance thing can be accomplished if there’s just a few. Is it illegal there to do that? We go to Walmart and are around far more people that we don’t know how sick they really are and that’s far worse. In fact that’s probably why there’s still transmission regardless of the social distancing they’re trying to do. The fear of death really brings out some interesting reactions. 1John 2:22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the son 1John 4:20 If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?

Do people who "profess" need to follow the laws of their state? They stopped meetings early on. That was a good call. Shows good judgement. I would guess they conform to laws at a normative rate. People will be people even if they do take the name of “Saint”. If they don’t follow the law why use the label saint?

Well if not then, that’s an argument against using the Bible as a guide for living.

There are some old laws on the books which are silly now and are not enforced, but those are the rare exceptions. www.mentalfloss.com/article/50041/50-weird-laws-still-booksApart from those old silly laws, what laws would you ignore because it goes against the Bible?

roe vs wade to start with...obergefell vs hodges is another... Have these rulings caused you; injury, detriment, loss, or damage? If not, then they have not harmed you. Roe v. Wade - ... ruled that the Constitution of the United States protects a pregnant woman's liberty to choose to have an abortion without excessive government restriction.
Hodges - ... ruled that the fundamental right to marry is guaranteed to same-sex couples by both the Due Process Clause and the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United .

Lots of unborn babies who were unfortunate enough to have pro-choice mothers suffered injury, damage, and loss (of life).

Loving v. Virginia, too, right? nope i am okay with interracial marriage... Surprising you would go against the bible on Loving v. Virginia, but not on Obergefell v. Hodges.

Nice try though.

Abortion is beautiful and Biblical.

David had multiple wives and hundreds of concubines but he looked after them all too! He was responsible for his actions.
