What do you mean there is no Science in the Bible? God creates Science and everything in our Universe. God did not create science. Period. One could say that God(s) created 'stuff', but science, as a way of knowing, was invented by men. I know it's terribly clever to say "God did it" when discussing distinctly human achievements, but it is a dishonest and lazy way to reason. "Science" is a methodology of reasoning and the body of knowledge that is produced by it, and relies SPECIFICALLY on the evidence of things seen. Supernatural explanations are NOT permitted. Period. You can complain and feel persecuted till the day is done, but it doesn't change that. I defer to people who claim to know about the bible when discussing bible stuff. It would be nice to have the courtesy reciprocated. well science is an relatively new word i believe but God created all the laws that apply to it...and he can break them too....

Why, is so hard for you, to give me 3 of your examples. let us finish this before we move on to you pandemic stuff. It’s not hard for me at all. I’m the one that believes in science, you don’t so I’d be just wasting my time.. But just for you, here’s 3 great life changing science achievements that had nothing in do with the bible or god.. electricity, the theory of relativity and discovery DNA. Done, now let’s see just one time god has fixed a pandemic.. NOT so fast, ant.
Christ said he created Adam and He created Eve out one of Adam's Ribs or his own DNA. So, how can you say Science is NOT God? or God did NOT create Science. John the apostle wrote Christ/God created ALL Things that is including man's DNA. What do you have to say about that?

Of cause that had nothing to do with the religious dogma that went a long way in holding us back for centuries now did it? You Christians like to claim science as the work and creation of god yet it was gods people that burnt great scientific thinkers at the stake for using it.. what a joke..

Now it’s time for you to answer my question please.. No, you don't get away that easy, ant. That is incorrect information you just posted. Bone and ashes are humans DNA. God created Adam and He took one his ribs/bone DNA, he created Eve to be his wife/help mate. God and Christ created Science... Any body tissue that has not been degraded is a potential source of DNA. Bone is one of the best sources of DNA from decomposed human remains. Even after the flesh is decomposed, DNA can often be obtained from demineralized bone. www.biology.arizona.edu/human_bio/problem_sets/DNA_forensics_2/06t.htmlTo answer your question. I don't KNOW, Only God can answer your question when you see Him face to face in the judgment day.

Yeh I guess, after he decided that there was enough suffering and death he decides to intervene. If that’s the idea you want to go with, makes perfect sense..

No need to get all defensive Nathan, your the one who brushed the question under the carpets because you had no way of answering it. I give you 0/5 for participation. Well done.
As the OP says, there is zero times god intervened and fixed a pandemic. You have to live with the fact that god does nothing, anywhere, anytime to help. That’s your problem not mine.

Tell me what is this Science are you talking about? Give me three examples what you say/believe Science is. Thanks.
Glad to. 1. Science is from "Scire", Latin for "to know". So, science is a means by which we can know something. The means is the "Scientific Method". So then, "Science"is a means to know something, using a certain method. There are many ways to know something. Different minds find in there various ways different levels of satisfaction. To name a few, a. We can know something by intuition. Some would consider this "revelation" if the act of knowing were intertwined with a religious experience. b. We can know something by a combination of faith and trust. Belief in the unerring word of scripture would go in this category, as we need faith to believe in God(s), and trust in the validity of other people's revelations. c. We can know something by logical conversation (aka Rationalism). Plato, is the classic Greek rationalist (of the post-Socratics), who wrote copious amounts of work involving discourse, while not bothering himself with investigation of the natural world. Decartes (my avatar, left) generally revived this method of pure rationalism. d. We can know by observation and experiments. (aka Empiricism). Plato's student, Aristotle, is the classic Greek post-Socratic empiricist. I've read Aristotle's entire biological works, and his powers of observation were astounding. He saw beauty in the smallest insect, and is by far the most influential human in the course of historical thought. Sir Francis Bacon is generally considered to be the reviver of this method, and is often called the Father of the Scientific Method (a title shared by many for the reason that supports my initial thesis that science as we use it, is man made.) So then, science has no claims on a. or b. Science is empirical and observational, while simultaneously methodical and rational. There is no "top down" authority in science, and scientific discoveries can be made by people of all (and no) faiths. Features of scientific methodology which indicate it isn't God's creation are... 1. Systematic doubt. Science attempts to disprove its ideas, the thought being that if they cannot be disproved, they are reliable. Would you trust a scientist in a lab coat, beckoning you to walk on water, and chiding you saying "where is your faith?" Of course not, and you'd be right not to, but that was what Jesus required of Peter. 2. Peer review, where there peers are the authority. Science is open, and discoveries are rigorously reviewed prior to publication. Did God create peer review system where the majority consensus determined anything? (Obviously this is actually the case. We call them different denominations and religions. However, rather than the Protestants&Catholics, or Shia&Sunni reviewing prayer notes and finding a consensus, they are instead happy to kill each other. By contrast, the bitter rivalry between Koch and Pasteur produced the Golden age of Microbiolgy, and the saved lives of millions from disease.) 3. Last (and to me, most important), science is ALWAYS open to new evidence, and no scientific concept is sacred. This is because scientific ideas are not absolute and set in stone. IF science (as the term is rightfully used) was created by God, the conclusions would have to be as unmoving and absolute as the creator of it, and the Creator would HAVE to be subject to investigation and tested rigorously. A brief reading of Job (if that's a possible thing) tells us that God is absolutely not open to being questioned. The God of the bible, at least, did not create a method that allows us to practice it on him.

Science comes from God. Capital "G". There is no evidence of that in the Hebrew and Christian Bibles. Oh my goodness. That's not even worth commenting on.

Well, Job and 3 friends were saying things about God which they had no clue of, and they were out of line. Job chapters 38-30 God explained to Job about His creation and he had no idea or any knowledge of how God did it... If Job and his 3 friends didn't understand how God did it and they tried to judge God whom they KNEW what was going behind the scene between Him and Satan were fight for Job's soul and their also.
Don't judge or say Negative things about God when we have no idea what taken in the spiritual realm. God told Job to pray for his 3 friends then He will forgive their sins.

Doesn’t matter how you interpret Adam and Eve, but DNA is not mentioned in the bible. It’s a modern discovery which had nothing to do with the bible. Now it’s time for you to answer my question please.. That's just hilarious!! DNA is a modern discovery! God knew about it all along and man just figured it out and thinks they're so smart. Whether or not your god has known about it all along, it is still a modern discovery no matter how much you and you buddy Nathan want to deny it. Why didn’t the people of the bible discover it then? I’ll tell you why, because they had no idea about anything..
