If the mountain seems too big today, then climb a hill instead If the morning brings you sadness, it's okay to stay in bed If the day ahead weighs heavy and your plans feel like a curse There's no shame in rearranging, don't make yourself feel worse If a shower stings like needles and bath feels like you'll drown If you haven't washed your hair for days, Don't throw away your crown. A day is not a lifetime, a rest is not defeat Don't think of it as failure, just a quiet, kind retreat. It's okay to take a moment, from an anxious fractured mind The world will not stop turning, while you get realigned. The mountain will still be there when you want to try again, Just love yourself till then. Laura Durig-Edwards. Welcome back snow

We want the best of both WORLDS We don’t know what we have been living on But it’s not enough to fill us up We need more than just words can say We say we need everything this life can give us Cause sometimes it’s not enough Come on close your eyes Let it go This can be everything we dreamed of It’s not work that makes it work Oh no , let the magic do the working for you Cause someone reached out and touched me Now we know we want it all We want the best of both worlds We would have heaven right here on earth not Venus (Meow) Well there is a picture in the gallery Fallen angel looked a lot like you We forget where we come from sometimes I had a dream it was really you Whoa you don’t have to die or hang around to be born again Just tune into what this place has to offer Cause we may never be here again Tell me it is enough Nor will it ever be enough ? Courtesy of eavhshmawvh . I am missing you so much momma in my heart & world , it hurts so bad . I still needed you ! I want to be with you !

Truth Inside Of You June 26, 2020 · Nelson Mandela: "After I became president, I asked one day some members of my close protection to stroll with me in the city, have lunch at one of its restaurants. We sat in one of the downtown restaurants and all of us asked for some sort of food." "After a while, the waiter brought us our requests, I noticed that there is someone sitting in front of my table waiting for food"* I told then one of the soldiers: go and ask that person to join us with his food and eat with us. The soldier went and asked the man so. The man brought up his food and sat by my side as I asked and began to eat. His hands were trembling constantly until everyone had finished their food and the man went. The soldier said to me: The man was apparently quite sick. His hands trembled as he ate!" "No, not at all," said Mandela. "This man was the guard of the prison where I was jailed. "Often, after the torture I was subjected to, I used to scream and ask for a little water. "The very same man used to come every time and urinate on my head instead". "So I found him scared, trembling, expecting me to reciprocate now, at least in the same way, either by torturing him or imprisoning him as I am now the president of the state of South Africa." "But this is not my character nor part of my ethics" "The mentality of retaliation destroys states, while the mentality of tolerance builds nations.*

We are only thinking about the good man Nelson Mandela, nothing else. Why corrupt his legacy with unconnected comment.
As a leader, South African President Nelson Mandela demonstrated remarkable leadership qualities, including advocacy for peace, powerful presence that disarmed enemies with his smile, high level of forgiveness, positive thinking, ability to see the big picture, focus on goals and missions beyond himself, remarkable .

LIFE AND DEATH Dear Human,
Someday you will die and leave this earth behind, but on all the other days you won’t.
So live them!
Live them like the priceless gift that they are. Live each new today with eyes wide open.
See the beauty. Focus on the good. Feel the greatness of the sun, wind, rain and elements of your planet on your glorious human skin. Walk the soles of your feet upon earths ground.
Look up to the cosmos and star gaze. Imagine how big and grand this very universe is.
Climb trees, swing, swim in the ocean, go for drives.
Look at other people’s home and say to yourself, “There are people living their lives in there. I wonder if they are happy or hurting.” Be curious and careful not to make yourself the center of existence, because it takes a community to make this world a better place to live.
Be aware that every person in humanity is going through their own thing ... and care more while you learn to judge less.
Be thankful, holding deep gratitude for every breath close to your heart. See your blessings, not only your problems.
