Thanks Gene. I too have missed our Swiss Rolls. However I am extremely busy at the moment and I have just popped in to say "hi" to Bert! I've no doubts you're busy, given it's high season for tail docking in the Alps, while the snow is still a mere 3m deep. Actually that side of the business has been slowing down of late. Luckily there's a guy going about at the moment who has a herd of reindeer to pull his sleigh and he's keen to get their tails docked. Apparently the tails were causing certain animal products to be diverted from their perpendicular course onto the runners of the sleigh with obvious problems for take-off and landing.
