Long story, but she is bipolar and I couldn't handle it getting worse, amongst other things. We get along better apart 

After seeing the ribbing Nathan gets on his Dr wife, I purposely don't mention much about family, aside from

having a sister Worker. Making people close to me the focal point on a message board just didn't seem

prudent. They didn't ask to be a conversational subject on a message board, so I respect their privacy.

I made the mistake of telling them that I post on here, so I'm careful not to dwell on them. Four are professing

and wouldn't want to be mentioned in any topic on a forum of disgruntled ex-friends. They believe this is a place

where people just slam the Truth.... Imagine that!

And certain professing people on here slam the truth & are disgruntled but that appears conveniently overlooked  ( if by ‘Truth’  you mean the name the  f& w  church adopted years ago.) 
Or you may be meaning, some  have an inability to tell the truth ( butcher the truth). 

There are certain things about of the 'Way' that some Friends have gotten disgruntled about. Namely; When the Truth (church) originated, the trinity, CSA, etc. But despite those concerns, they haven't done a 180 and rejected everything they once professed to be the Truth (including myself). The ones I was referring to who 'slam' the Way are those who've rejected the Truth altogether. They've turned away and have completely done an about-face, not even confessing Jesus or anything they once held sacred. That's the influence that the Workers recommend avoiding.
