apple and ram, I think you both agree with me, so there is no reason to argue.
I would also add that anyone who feels uncomfortable hosting a worker in the home should not host the worker.
I don't have any spare room at my current home, but even when I did the workers always asked permission before making any arrangements to stay with me. Now the workers might ask to share a pizza with me, but never presume that I will feed them--just as they never presumed I would house them before.

You're right SG. I think it was clarification rather than argument and yes perhaps I did jump the gun a bit.

If you are reporting a case of sexual abuse against an individual do they ask religious affiliation? Are you implying that a case cannot be filed if you do not know where the person works or have contact information? For most workers there is contact information and that, together with a name and your charges should be all that is required. Why mention it? I am reporting abuse by Mr. X and his contact information is Z. He is a family friend. I could see the police being brought up on charges if they did. Charges of sexual abuse are not usually dismissed. Ask someone falsely accused. Due to the largely anonymous nature of the 2x2s, it is very difficult to report a worker as a religious minister who has done wrong. They are reported as a human being who has abused a child.

Setting limits, as an adult dealing with other adults, works wonders! Of course, you can choose to be a doormat.

" Der Spiegel (German for The Mirror) is one of the most well known of Germany's weekly magazines. It describes itself as Germany's most significant and Europe's highest-circulating news magazine. On average, roughly 1.1 million copies are sold every week. The first edition of the Der Spiegel magazine came out in Hannover on January 4, 1947, a Saturday, as the successor to the Diese Woche (This Week). The magazine followed the model of American and British news magazines." Quite obviously you are referring to a completely different version of the publication to what I was. It pays to thoroughly research your subject and assess its background correctly. Ahh yes. There have probably been a long list Der Spiegel versions that came and went over time that have been long forgotten. Much like the less well known but frequently cited Schall und Rauch.

My dear rational you appear to have overlooked the fictional version which was published by the humour department of Imagination, the largest nation in the world, which far outstrips even the glorious Reich in production capacity.

Ram, And to that grand nation we owe the musical efforts of PDQ Bach.
