This is SO powerful. We are the nails in His wrist, we are Judas' kiss-- but He loves us ANYWAY

If this doesn't make you lift your hands in praise, I don't know what will!!

Bless all you parents out there who are fostering or adopting children. How amazing is it that God adopts us into His family!!

This song is so beautiful. Moves me to stand and raise my hands to God every time. I'm SO thankful for His grace-- it is amazing indeed!! The scripture on here is beautiful too.

Melissa thank you for all the songs you posted. Im gonna listen to them. After I left meetings and got a passion for God, I just loved praise music it felt so liberating and would blast it through my house all day, I didnt learn about worship for a couple of yrs after that but it certainly breaks through and brings the presence of God in a tangible way. Loved reading your post..

I may not be able to remember a scripture verse after reading it -- but set it to music and I'll sing it all day long!

You know, I wonder about something. I was telling my brother that I think, in the state where I currently am employed, that, over the past three years I have heard every hymn that is in the hymnbook, used by those in the truth, on the radio, in various church services. My brother thinks this is because some have sold the hymns from the meetings to other churches. I think this is really sad if this is true. Can anybody shed some light on the matter? Every Hymn? I doubt that those written by the workers are on the radio yet, they would be under copyrighted for decades yet. Most likely you are hearing those not written by the 2x2 and those have been on the radio for years. Here are the lyrics and history www.cyberhymnal.org/htm/i/n/ineedteh.htm I see that Andy Griffith has done Gospel albums, but the two I know have a number of hymns 'from the 2x2 on them are 1996: 25 Timeless Hymns 1998: Just as I am: 30 Favorite Old Time Hymns

My brother thinks this is because some have sold the hymns from the meetings to other churches. I think this is really sad if this is true. Can anybody shed some light on the matter? Back in around 1967-8, we went to a Billy Graham service at the Anaheim Stadium. A packed house sang "Just As I Am" during the altar call. It was the first time I'd seen an altar call done with people going forward to the podium AND I couldn't imagine how they would know "our hymn"!!!! After I left the meetings, how shocked I was that I found that many of our hymns were taken from other hymnals, and written by people who had never heard of the workers. In checking the workers' hymn book, I found where credit was given to those "worldly folks". Many of the hymns were written before William Irvine ever started the meetings/workers as we know them today. I seriously doubt that you've heard on the radio or in "various church services" any of the hymns that any of the friends or workers wrote or put to familiar "worldly" music. And I find it doubtful that anyone "sold" the hymns that are sung in the meeting to "outsiders".

Melissa71 ~ I loved some of your songs you posted earlier. I'm like you, I often find myself humming a song that I enjoy while going about my chores in the day. It definitely lightens the daily load and gives a feeling of sweet peace over the soul ~ like a spiritual song from the heart, huh?
