There is a good book, written by Dr. Whitaker, on reversing diabetes. I learned about this book from a friend and colleague in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He said to me one day, "Jerry, I understand that you have diabetes?" I answered in the affirmative. He said, "Well, I use to have it. I was on insulin and everything. Now I don't have it anymore." When I asked him what he did to overcome it, he told me about this book. If you are battling with diabetes like I am, this book is a MUST read.

Good for you! I am continually amazed that people don't realize how much influence they have over their diabetes. (Not early onset insulin dependent) They think it's "genetic"....what's genetic is usually the eating habits and activity level etc. I have not read that book, but I will definately look for it. Thanks....and good luck.
