Never known it. Why would the Holy Spirit need technology? Without technology, you wouldn't have a bible. And an army of translators and interpreters.

Are you reading a stone-inscribed bible? As I said, without technology, YOU would not have a bible.
So a quill is technology? I'm impressed that you use a hand-scribed bible. Those are quite rare.

I wonder how it has gotten from the Holy Spirit to what was written? So that leads one to the question …So why have a tangible bible to read Speak? Might save a lot of dogma outdoing one another on here, don’t you think? You could get on and have your own personal relationship with God ( if you believe).,and then no one could say “you have it wrong”, “you don’t understand “, “nice try but, “bullocks”, “you don’t understand the bible”, “your interpretation is not sound”, “what in the world are you talking about”, “passing on false teachings to others”, “the bible says…”, “ Paul said….. “ etc etc. ( oh I think I got that wrong, in all probability on pro-board it would start dogma about the Holy Spirit) Oh but I do have a personal relationship with God and I am not asking anyone to agree with that. We have His written word because He wants us to have it, and everybody is allowed to view it as they wish.

Oh but I do have a personal relationship with God and I am not asking anyone to agree with that. This is good. Now neither you nor anyone who disagrees with you will have to face the frustration of being pithed off.

I perceive there was a misunderstanding of that constituted "technology" -- but I was rejoicing in the opportunity to praise one's ability to not be dolled off.

I'm impressed that you use a hand-scribed bible. Those are quite rare. Why did you say I used a hand scribed Bible? Is that your way of answering my question? Allow me to clarify my point, if you would kindly indulge me, and pardon me for my previous lack of clarity. I'm only saying that the bible you carry would not exist without technology. That is, the physical composition of paper, leather, plastic, glue, ink, etc. that makes up the physical bible that you, personally, carry, would not exist without technology. You responded with some points about stone inscriptions and quills, which I can understand being valid points given the lack of clarity of my point. But, in fact, they are irrelevant to the point I intended to make; see above. To answer your question directly, yes, a quill is a form of technology as is a chisel; certainly a printing press. tech·nol·o·gy /tekˈnäləjē/ Learn to pronounce noun noun: technology; plural noun: technologies the application of scientific knowledge for practical purposes, especially in industry. "advances in computer technology" machinery and equipment developed from the application of scientific knowledge.

I believe Jesus used any technology available to him , to get his message out to as many as possible One example , was when he got on a boat and spoke to the multitudes on the shore , which would increase the number of people who could hear his teaching .
Today , the verse might read , “ Jesus message is available at http://www.....or maybe channel 7 or maybe Facebook or maybe CFAM or maybe even from a boat .

Then no one would have heard a word! 😉 Why do you say that? They’d been so enthralled at him standing on the water. They’d either been investigating or wanting him to teach them how to do that. But you pull some unusual miracle like that and the attention will be on him standing on water.

I’m going to play Gene here! You spelled it wrong, Bob! It’s “pitched off”. 😁 Ith that thumb-thing like pithed off? I’ve never used my thumbs. I’ve had people laugh at me running my fingers so fast over the keyboard! 😃 One black minister started to pour his cup of apple juice on my iPhone one evening at a Christmas party. I said, “Whoa! Please don’t do that.” He was laughing and he said he’d seen smoke coming out from under my fingertip! I said, “Well here.” So I reached over and stuck my finger in his apple juice. 😁 He said, “Well! I guess you outdid me, didn’t you!” I said “Well, you said my finger was smoking!” 😃🤣😆

But then He could have stood on the water and done the same thing Maybe it was the wrong time of the year and the water wasn't frozen and therefore he needed the boat? That boat must have been an ice crusher! You know when he finished preaching, he told Peter to cast out a ways and they proceeded to make a BIG CATCH! 😀
