It can make you feel like youre appointed to death. Guess thats why I relate to jesus while so-called intellectual, humanists dont.

Everyone learns in time...if you dont have your health you dont have anything. This is true in a competitive world, in an oligargy, or in any communistic effort or model.

Medtronics is integrating their pump with their continuous glucose monitor. I guess this is the closest thing to an artificial pancreas to be developed. Its costly.

Poor lee! you can't even give an answer to a clear cut subject like diabetes without slipping in some derogatory post about humanists! Or Atheists, or scientists, or other intellectuals.
I am beginning to think that what really bugs you is that you envy us for being able to handle challenging issues better than yourself.

Its good to be good. But is it good to be self righteous?

Its good to be good. But is it good to be self righteous? Well, Lee, You can probably answer that for yourself!
At times you seem to think that you know it all!

Its not self righteous to be informed. I do envy people who've found love in their lives.

Several years ago I stopping using humalog and started using humilin R which is an inferior insulin to save money. Humalog is much easier to use because its lowering effect on blood sugar coincides perfectly with the rise in blood sugar of a typical meal. I was having so many hypoglycemic events I was becoming unaware of them. Its upsetting when that happens. Since Ive resumed using humalog my blood sugar has been much easier to control.

I check my blood sugar fifteen times a day. I dont want it too low or too high. Screw that noise. My doctor thinks six times a day is enough. That hasnt been my case. I can do everything the same and trend differently day to day.

I shouldn't have made such snide remarks.
It must be an absolute pain in the *** to have to deal with a disease like that day after day.
I am so healthy that I really don't know how to sympathize with other people like I should.
I hope that they can soon engineer some kind of device that can automatically check your blood sugar AND dispence medication at the same time without your even having to think about it.

I think of you in terms of being stubborn which can be a positive trait. If you dont do anything else in life but repent of sanctimony and pretention youre doing well.

I'll call them on Monday, thank you. I'm considering medtronics integrated pump and CGM technology. The downside of expensive sh- is so many people could be saved from starvation on a pittance per month. Who am I to survive at the expense of 10-15 other people?
