Although we probably most often think of "gossip" as negative, it isn't necessarily so.
It is the "small talk" that is an important means of social bonding.

So... what if you are TellingTheTruth about someone, is that still gossip? What if you "researched" the issue, is it still gossip? And what if it's "facts" - is it still gossip?
