your quote D.G "Terrible sacrifice for only a few people!" Revelation 7:9 After this I looked, and there before me was a ... biblehub.com/revelation/7-9.htm After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all .... their names are written in the Lamb's book of life; and God and Christ can, and ... Still says "many called but few are chosen"
Guess it is the one more time the bible contradicts itself!
considering roughly 100 million will be saved and 100+ billion have lived i'd say thats a few... Rev_5:11 And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;

Jesus said in Matthew 7:13-14 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
The few adds up to millions if you were to count every generation (60 yrs) for the last 6000 yrs.The thing that never made sense to me was, if God desired all be saved he could have made such a world. Let say an inventor wants to a make machine that shells corn off the ear. He desires that no kernel of corn be lost. Now let say he created his invention and someone asks him how's it going? He says I save a few kernels but many are lost. What would you think? Should we blame the corn?

Should we blame the corn? We/humans are better than the corn. God gives humans Freewill. Only those who want to be with God by choice for Eternity. God gives us the freedom to choose whether we want to be with Him or NOT, the choice is up for us to decide. God wants ALL to be saved there is enough room in the heavenly realm for us all. It seems only the few humans in every generation that believe in God's grace and eternal gift to mankind that is believing in His Son redemption for humanity.If but for evil, then would all be saved? If you answer: Yes, then why did God create evil? No, then why give man free will?

If but for evil, then would all be saved? If you answer: Yes, then why did God create evil? No, then why give man free will? Which evil did God create?Isaiah 45:7King James Version (KJV) I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things. Amos 3:6King James Version (KJV) Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the Lord hath not done it?

Amos 3:6King James Version (KJV) Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the Lord hath not done it? I John 1:5 God is Light, and in Him is NO darkness at all. Haven't I been trying to tell you that the bible contradicts itself all the time! That you can find just about any justification for anything within it's boundaries that you want to believe, -so why pay any attention to it to start with?

The problem of evil is usually explained away by; Isaiah 55:8-9 "For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways my ways, says the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth,So are My ways higher than your ways,And My thoughts than your thoughts."
