Very interesting. Thanks so much for posting that. Music is the universal language it is said. But to make them actually more capable of focusing like that is really amazing.

I think and hope it's shifting more to a fit and toned look. Or maybe it's supposed to be toned plus skinny these days!?

But I think it's slowly changing to just toned/fit which is far more healthy than no muscle because they've been starving themselves.

I pretty much agree that the word fair is ambiguous as he states. I am not of a generation where I think I am entitled to anything. How I gauge things is more by need, which he has as one of the things fair can represent. But I also agree that our society is run on what people value enough to pay more for whether it really is something we agree 'should' get paid more for is a personal thing and doesn't really factor into reality.

That would be a terrible death. There wouldn't have been the same medical help that we have now. Although there might have been things that they took for pain. Cancer is so hard to watch, especially in the last stages when there is so much pain involved. Our neighbor has cancer and we've been quite involved in driving him to his radiation appointments and it's so hard to see someone go from mowing the lawn last summer to not even being able to put his seat belt on. Pain and so weak.

I have reconfirmed today that I really don't like head colds. My nose is so sore and I have even more aches than usual. So I will just have to kick this quick! I guess I have my grandsons to thank for so nicely sharing...

That would have worked to a point I suppose. Definitely would numb the area. Still, a hard way to go for sure.

Heavy drinking raises one's risk of mouth, throat and esophageal cancers. So does acid reflux apparently. Of course that is probably a higher possibility in heavy drinkers if they got sick a lot, so that makes sense.
