I gift idea for that special someone(s) in your life. I wonder who will be getting this book for Christmas 1001 Stupid Questions Atheists Ask ChristiansI would love to read that book! Actually I wouldn't waste my money. I can only imagine the questions are answered with faith and nothing that can be proved... once again. I would make a good gag gift.

how about a beanie with a little propeller on top? Or, maybe a shepherd's hat, somewhat like a cow boy's hat, but with a holo on top of it.After all, aren't they supposed to be shepherds?

When you really give it some thought, we atheists don't need a "hat" on our head. Religionists have to have a hat to keep their exclusive ideas confined within their brains. Not allowed to have their mind free.
We atheists simply don't need the restricting confines of any kind of hat!

In my high school class of 40, 2 of the boys shot themselves with guns while hunting. Neither one died, but one did loose a leg. There were no gun safety classes back then, in our area. I can't remember when I first shot a gun, but it must have been around the first or second grade. I did blow a big hole in the ground about 4 inches from my foot with the first shot of lever action 30-30 I got for christmas on my 12th birthday. Not sure if it came with any instructions or not, if so I probably wouldn't have read them. I learned that day, heavy winter gloves don't work too well with a lever action rifle. It's amazing I survived my childhood. What's also amazing is in America: Suicides Outnumber Homicides 2-to-1. Two areas for improvement in the USA.

i'm thinking anyone of the girls could be you curly.... Cheers for that Wally but I'm all male. I have also worked as a hunter for several years and even now in my twilight years prefer meat that I have killed to supermarket meat. If I cared to tally I would have accounted for thousands of deer, tahr, chamois, wallaby, pigs, goats, hares, turkeys, rabbits, ducks and swan. Unlike the people in that video, I had thorough training and mentoring when I was young, which is the norm in NZ. Shame it is not so where you come from and shame that USA citizens have such a dumb arse attitude for firearms and safety.

most firearms owners have been trained that I know of in America albeit not from a course you take and its mandatory if your born after the 60's to take a hunters training course before being allowed to hunt. the NRA here trains about 1,000,000 people per year in their courses including a lot of our police officers.

In our small area of the USA (a town of 2000 + surrounding school district) where everyone either knows everyone else or knows someone who does, there have been three fatal shootings in the the 50 years we have lived here.
First was a drive by shooting into a trailer and killed a girl sleeping.
Second was two young boys out hunting & one was accidently killed
Third was a mother frustrated with her son for something and a gun was much too handy and she shot him by accident. (I say by accident because I'm sure she really didn't mean to kill him) Not ONE of those shootings were the result of any need to use a gun to defend oneself or their family. There have been NO other shooting fatalities in our area which were done because someone needed to a gun for defense.

and we also know that the lamestream media will hardly ever report a defensive use....
