Or God will judge them according to their faith in His Son or ... Rom. 2:14-16 Even Gentiles, who do not have God’s written law, show that they know his law when they instinctively obey it, even without having heard it. They demonstrate that God’s law is written in their hearts, for their own conscience and thoughts either accuse them or tell them they are doing right. And this is the message I proclaim—that the day is coming when God, through Christ Jesus, will judge everyone’s secret life.

Robert Johnson said he was asked about the salvation of those who died before the gospel came to this country...(can't remember his exact words). I do remember how he said if they were honest...The Lord would accept that. Charles Thain was telling about a woman who was bothered about that...he told her that them not knowing the gospel wouldn't excuse HER. It is a delicate issue. I mean they want people to believe that "God's way" goes back to beginning of time and yet they have no records of any workers or friends before 1897.

www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=pv&GRid=82743489Grave of William Wagner owner of the Knoxville TN convention grounds from the mid 1950s until his death in 1982. Wagner was injured in a tractor accident which he never recovered his health and strength. WW's son in law wanted the convention grounds moved. Sam McCracken was oversee when the grounds were moved to the current location. I believe conventions were held at the Ledford farm in Chattanooga before they moved to the Wagner Farm on Millerstown Road. I would love to see some photos from the 1970s. I remember hearing Wilbur Torrence, Agnes Kinsey, Kenneth Beckman, Archie Holcomb, Minnie Gilbert, Irene Stewart, Edith Bacon, Olonzo Nealon, Sherman Farrar, Joe Crain, Jim Brown and others speak.

Not 'Olonzo' -- 'Lonzo'. I knew him when he was in our field in Iowa. Interesting fellow....

I remember Joe Crane being at Knoxville in the 70s. He could sure sing. I would love to hear a tape of JC. Does anyone have any audio links?
