So people who died before 1903 were either excused for ignorance or burned in a lost eternity. You tell me. And the people in Asia, North and South America, Australia, etc. before the Europeans arrived?? Excused for ignorance, lost eternity, or an oversight by god? That's always the problem with exclusivity - someone gets burned!

Where might she (Mabel) have died? And where? California?

Where might she (Mabel) have died? And where? California? She was my Mom's favorite worker when Mom lived in Washington state. I assume Mabel died there--maybe in the 50's? She was a tad eccentric, but apparently was one of the pure in heart and everyone seems to have loved her, and been loved by her.

Graves I can't locate: Jim Brown (name too common), Erling Omdal, Peter Hunter, John Portersfield, Sam Jones (hymn writer), Jack Jackson, Lloyd Brotherton, Herbert Vitzthum and Orin Taylor.

Walker1903, you start finding the death dates and graves of living workers, and we're going to need an investigation!

Laverdad, JW might be able to give you a date and place of death / burial for some of these folks. BTW, Cherie, I think this work that Laverdad is doing might be a good addition to your chronicles, if not already there. G

Twenty-five years ago today! Significant for me, having been the third passenger in the car and the only survivor of the collision. Mike's date of death is a few days later (see the link to his grave), as he was kept on life support for a week or so after the August 9 collision. They were both appreciated and respected friends of mine.

Quizzer, which grave links didn't work? Are you referring to this comment? Walker1903, you start finding the death dates and graves of living workers, and we're going to need an investigation!

Quizzer, which grave links didn't work? Would you prefer for me to post on this thread, and not in the PM I sent?

If you click the link and then go there, you should be able to access it. If you copy the link from the post, you will probably find that all the dots will lead to an error.

Okay, this was one where I couldn't just copy the link. (A pity because I really wanted this gravesite archived!) What would you suggest? Click on the link, and copy the URL?
