It is a question that IMO for christians is serious.
How many of you have had experience with the Power of God?
Im talking power not diluted power but real power?
Power that just turned up when you were praying, and seeking God? You didnt do anything other than pray, you may not have even done that. Someone laid hands on you for impartation maybe?
Just interested.

I'm not sure what you are asking for here, but when I connect with source/god I have a sensation of being totally 'gone' from everything around me and my whole body reacts to that in a chill/tingling physical sensation. It happens almost instanteously now when I just think consciously connect. It's quite amazing and I can't really truely explain the experience. I have done the best I can above. I don't know if this is what you are referring to though.

Thank you both. Yes I mean those things but I also mean power as in manifest power in a mighty way, I think. Im hesitant to say too much at the moment, one reason is that as much as I enjoy coming here and dialoguing I never witnessed this in meetings. So I dont now the level of understanding of this with the friends. Ive only heard negative responses. Whjch right now frankly Im just not interested in. Its not my intention to create an argument. Ive just been reading some scriptures that the Lord impressed on me in the last couple of weeks and also he did this @ the same time with my courier. Ive witnessed God move powerfully before and havent really ever spoke about that here.

So you are saying that you are not comfortable with sharing YOUR personal experiences with it, but you would like us to do so?

There are many places in scripture where the power of God did 'great things' in peoples lives. Miracles, signs, wonders, healings. I'll stick with scripture. Blind eyes were opened, lepers healed, the massive deliverance of the gaderene demoniac, Jesus walking on water, Jesus saying 'you will be fishers of men'. water into wine, the story of the 5x loaves and fishes, increased. ..etc
When Jesus spoke to the disciples and told them to wait in the upper room, it wasnt just the desciples[who became apostles] that were there. There were 120 other people all waiting to be endued from on high. Waiting for the teacher, the comforter to come.
1 Cor 12:3 " the words that I say to you are not just my own. Rather it is the Father, anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. He will do even greater things than these because I am going to the father. and I will do what ever you ask in my name, so that the son may bring glory to the father. You may ask me for anything and I will do it."
this is the condition
v15..."If you love me you will obey what I command, and I will ask the father and he will give you another counselor. (Jesus was their counselor, now another counselor is coming) the spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him or knows him. But you know him, for he lives in you and will be in you. I will not leave you as orphans, I will come to you. Before long the world will not see me anymore, but you will see me. Because I live you also will live. On that day you will realize that I am in my father and you are in me and I am in you." Whoever has my commands and obeys them he is the one who loves me." "He who loves me will be loved by my father and I too will love him and show myself to him. If anyone loves me he will obey my teaching my father will love him and we will come to him and make our home with him. He who does not love me will not obey my teaching,. These words you hear are not my own, they belong to my father who sent me, v25 " the counselor the Holy Spirit who the father will send in my name will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you. Peace I leave you, my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let y our hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

When I think about the word being sharper than a double edged sword to dividing soul and spirit and bone and marrow. I still stand in awe of him and what he can do. His ability not my ablity. My mind is full of endless possibilities with God. I would love to know his mind and why he thinks the way he thinks. I do know his goodness and am thankful for the privelege of knowing him. Knowing his peace is a great blessing.
